Conspiracy Theories Over Mount Washington 100 MPH Wind Video

Conspiracy theories are circulating that a video of a man blowing up in the air during 100+ mph wind storm on Tuesday, May 16, 2016. Comments center on other people not being affected in the same manner by the wind and that the subject of the wind stands up at the end. Mount Washington Observatory said the people who were not as affected by the wind were in sheltered spots.
