A body found by a helicopter on Mount Hood at 8,400 feet on Sandy Glacier is believed to be that of missing climber Kinley Adams who has been missing since June 22. Rescue operations were hampered first by bad weather which made flying impossible and then by warm weather which has made a recovery difficult.
Adams had taken the Leuthold Couloir route up Hood.

The body was confirmed to be Adams when it was brought down about 6 p.m., Sunday, June 30.
